Do you feel frustrated when you and your loved ones get caught up in endless conflict without finding a way out? Do you feel unheard and unseen in the most vulnerable moments? Do you notice the growing emotional distance but feel unsure of how to repair it safely? Are you and your family struggling to navigate major life transitions? When you face these challenges, my goal is to create a compassionate, sincere space where those deep feelings can be seen, gridlocks untangled, and meaningful connections rebuilt along our therapeutic journey.
As a Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee, I work with individuals, couples, and families experiencing challenging seasons in life. I dedicate myself to cultivating a supportive environment where each person and relationship can thrive through deeper mutual understanding, effective communication, and secure attachment.
Experience:
I’m finishing my last year in Couple and Family Therapy, master’s program at The Ohio State University. I have experience working with children, adults, couples, and families from diverse cultural and clinical backgrounds. My practice is grounded in a systemic lens, drawing from the Gottman Methods Couples Therapy, Emotionally-Focused Couples Therapy (EFT/EFCT), Bowen Family System Theory, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). With integration of these modalities, I aim to foster a deeper understanding of yourself and your relationship, helping you transform patterns of turning away into moments of turning toward one another.
As a Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee, my areas of focus include:
Anxiety (General, Social, Panic, & Stress) | Depression & Mood Disorders | Couples & Relational Counseling | Infidelity & Trust Recovery | Pre-Marital Counseling | Discernment Counseling |Co-Parenting & High-Conflict Divorce | Coping Strategies & Resilience | Emotional Regulation | Family Dynamics & Counseling | Interpersonal & Social Skills | Cultural Identity & Acculturation
If you’re ready to get started, I always offer a 15-min consult to see if we are a good fit. It would be my honor to walk alongside you through these challenging seasons toward healing, growth, and harmony
