Has life taken you down an unfamiliar path? Do you feel like you or your family are navigating a season of uncertainty, transition, or change? When life feels overwhelming, having a supportive and compassionate guide can make all the difference.
Whether you are seeking support as an individual, couple, or family, I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment where you feel heard, understood, and empowered. I believe meaningful growth often begins during life’s most uncertain seasons, and I consider it a privilege to walk alongside clients as they navigate those moments with curiosity, hope, and compassion.
Experience
As a Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee, I provide therapy under the supervision of licensed Marriage and Family Therapists. Prior to beginning my clinical training, I spent many years supporting individuals and families through a variety of helping roles, including serving as a birth educator, doula, middle school drama director, and as a mother of five.
These experiences have allowed me to walk alongside individuals and families during some of life’s most significant transitions, challenges, and moments of growth. I am comfortable sitting with clients during seasons of uncertainty while helping them discover new patterns of healing, resilience, and connection.
My clinical training includes evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Gottman Method Couples Therapy, allowing me to tailor treatment to each client’s unique goals and needs.
