Are you feeling overwhelmed or anxious? Do you find yourself unsure of where to turn or how to move forward? Life can feel overwhelming at times, whether you’re navigating stress, anxiety, relationship challenges, family conflict, life transitions, or simply trying to find a greater sense of balance and purpose. I believe therapy is a collaborative process where you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to provide guidance, support, and practical tools to help you move toward your goals.
I enjoy working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families, creating a warm, supportive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. I have experience helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, self-esteem, motivation, life transitions, eating disorders, and family dynamics. For clients who desire it, I am also happy to thoughtfully integrate faith and spirituality into the therapeutic process in a way that aligns with their personal values and beliefs.
Experience
I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling in 2017 and have worked in community mental health, outpatient settings, and private practice. My approach is collaborative and tailored to each client’s unique needs. I draw from evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT). I am also committed to ongoing professional development and will be receiving advanced training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Structural Family Therapy to further support couples and families.
Throughout my career, I have found the greatest joy in helping clients recognize not only their strengths but also their capacity for lasting growth and meaningful change. It is a privilege to walk alongside adolescents, adults, couples, and families as they build healthier relationships, develop resilience, and create the lives they envision.
