Navigating infidelity and loss of attachment can be extraordinarily difficult. We may feel numb, paralyzed, or even no longer feel like ourselves! We can even start to doubt ourselves and our relationships, and even wonder where to begin?
As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who was recently awarded her doctorate in Community Care and Counseling (Marriage & Family Speciality), I specialize working with adolescents, couples and family affected by intergenerational trauma, infidelity, relational challenges, behavioral issues, and those affected by emotional and mental disorders. I believe in creating a place that is safe and without judgement where each person is treated with compassion and respect.
My philosophy to counseling is trauma and attachment- based with extensive years of training in EMDR, Gottman Therapy and Couples Emotion-Focused therapy. I believe in providing a holistic approach to counseling where all components of the human person are addressed, including psychological, spiritual, and physical and working through deep unresolved issues and to create freedom that brings forth peace and hope. It is through the processing of our previous trauma, increase in self-awareness and authenticity, that we are able to be transformed into our true selves!
I truly believe that our mission is to strengthen individuals and families by promoting healthy relationships, building resilience, and fostering secure attachments with one another.
As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor , my areas of focus include:
Complex Trauma |High Conflict Couples | Family Mediation | Behavioral Issues | Anxiety | Depression | Co-parenting | Divorce Mediation
If you’re ready to get started, I always offer a 15-min consult to see if we are a good fit. I’d love to help you or a member of your family get the help they need to live better.
