Are you feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that keep showing up in your life or relationships? Maybe you find yourself having the same arguments, struggling to communicate what you need, or feeling unsure how to move forward. Sometimes, we know something isn’t working but have difficulty understanding why or figuring out what to change.
I work with individuals and couples who want to better understand themselves, navigate relationship difficulties, and develop healthier ways of connecting with themselves and others. I believe that meaningful change begins with authenticity: the ability to show up as you are, explore difficult emotions, and feel understood without fear of judgment.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and integrative. Therapy is a space where we can explore the experiences and patterns that have shaped you, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools for moving forward. My goal is to help you feel more connected, confident, and equipped to create lasting change in your life and relationships.
Experience
As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with a Supervisory designation (LPCC-S), I bring clinical experience and a background in mental health leadership. In my previous role as Clinical Director at a residential mental health program, I helped develop clinical systems, support staff, and navigate complex situations with a focus on client wellbeing.
I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Cleveland State University, and I’m also a Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor (LICDC). In my work, I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), the Gottman Method, and Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT), and I’m continuing my training in Narrative Therapy.
I believe meaningful therapy begins with a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust, compassion, and authenticity. My approach is collaborative and integrative, combining thoughtful exploration with practical strategies to help clients better understand themselves, navigate challenges, and create lasting change. I strive to create a space where clients feel supported while also being encouraged to grow.
