Do you feel stuck having the same arguments with your partner or constantly navigating tension with your child or teen? I specialize in working with couples and families who feel caught in cycles of conflict, disconnection, or emotional distance. Together, we look beyond the surface issues—like chores, parenting disagreements, or communication breakdowns—to understand the deeper patterns driving these struggles. My goal is to help you rebuild connection, create clearer boundaries, and develop healthier ways of relating so your relationships feel more secure, supportive, and fulfilling.
Experience:
I am an Independent Marriage and Family Therapist with supervisor designation (IMFT-S), with a primary focus on relationship therapy since earning my Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from National University in 2019. I am also an AAMFT-approved supervisor candidate and provide training and supervision to clinicians developing their work with couples and families.
My clinical work is grounded in a systemic, evidence-based approach, integrating models such as Structural Family Therapy, Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT), the Gottman Method, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I also draw from Discernment Counseling, Imago Relationship Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to tailor treatment to each couple or family’s unique needs.
I have experience supporting clients with anxiety, depression, child behavioral concerns, and complex family dynamics, with a focus on helping individuals and families move out of entrenched patterns and into more connected, intentional ways of relating.
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, my areas of focus include:
Couples therapy I Parent-child conflict I Parent-teen relationships I Chronic conflict cycles, emotional disconnection, boundary setting, and family dynamics.
If you’re ready to get started, I always offer a 15-min consult to see if we are a good fit. I’d love to help you or a member of your family get the help they need to live better.
